We work with a designer who will help you achieve your vision for your new home. Together with the designer, we work to ensure your new home meets all of your needs. The design will combine the uniqueness of the individual client with the practicality of function.
Custom Design Elements and Specifications
Pricing out your job to give you an accurate and competitive cost is taken quite seriously by Schoen Builders. We will talk through the home design and then develop a specification document for you. If you have specific design elements you would like to incorporate, we encourage you to bring pictures of it. We explain the products used and the craftsmanship that will define your new home.
